Where can I buy Gigibee Beauty products?

Our products are only available at our online store www.gigibeebeauty.com.

Are all Gigibee Beauty products vegan?

Yes! We are a vegan & cruelty-free PETA approved company and will never be associated with animals in the form of using them in our products or to test our products.

What about allergies?

All of our products are allergy-free & can be used on sensitive skin. If there were any products containing ingredients that may cause allergic reactions we will indicate this in the description/info section of the product.

Are there any other products coming to Gigibee Beauty?

Yes! We are working hard on our future launches. Please keep an eye out on our Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook page for updates. If you don’t want to miss it please subscribe to our newsletter.

How do I place an order?

Step 1: Go to the product you want to buy, adjust quantity if necessary and click “add to cart”.

Step 2: To complete your order go to “check out” and fill in all needed information before you continue to shipping.

Step 3: Choose a shipping method and continue to payment

Step 4: Choose a payment method + a billing address and to continue to review your order.

Step 5: Review your order to make sure all previous filled in information is correct. Click “pay now” to complete your order.

Can I cancel my order?

After ordering it is still possible to cancel your order. Only after the moment you’ve received a shipment confirmation link it is not possible.

I did not receive a confirmation email after I placed an order.

Do you offer free shipping?

All of our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €50. No discount code necessary. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide except for Australia and New-Zealand for now.

Do you accept returns?

Due to sanitary purposes we do not accept returns.
